4. Gift Cards
[a] Purchase and Use
Gift cards can be purchased online or at our restaurant locations. They are valid only at Civico 1845 and Civico 2064 and cannot be redeemed for cash.
[b] Expiration and Balance
Gift cards do not expire. You can check the balance of your gift card at any time by visiting our website or contacting us directly.
5. Health and Safety
[a] Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
Please inform your server of any allergies or dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our dishes.
[b] Health and Safety Protocols
We adhere to all local and federal health regulations to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. This includes maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards and following any COVID-19 guidelines as necessary
6. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior or violating these terms. This includes but is not limited to, disruptive conduct, harassment of staff or other guests, and refusal to comply with restaurant policies.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to our property. Civico 1845 and Civico 2064 are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring on our premises.
